cancellation policy

At VIA, our stylists’ time is just as valuable as your time. We understand that life happens, however, we kindly ask that you respect our time by notifying us of any appointment cancellations 48 hours in advance. 

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hrs of notice will be charged 50% of your total service cost. 

How to avoid any cancellation/service fees:

• Call us! We are here for you and will accommodate you as much as possible. 

• Adjust your appointment date/time online anytime, from anywhere!

• Tell us 48 hours in advance so we can fill your time slot. Someone on our waitlist will appreciate this, too!
