cancellation policy

At VIA Salon, our stylists’ time is just as valuable as yours. Each appointment is reserved intentionally and requires dedicated time and preparation.

Please note: We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

To avoid cancellation or service fees:

• Please contact the salon as soon as possible - we are always happy to assist when given notice.

• Appointments may be adjusted online anytime, from anywhere.

• Providing 48 hours’ notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest.
