Kristi Bitetti is a master stylist and colorist with over 30 years of experience specializing in refined, customized hair that feels elevated yet effortless. Known for her thoughtful consultations and meticulous approach, Kristi creates color and cuts that enhance each client’s natural beauty, lifestyle, and long-term hair health.
Originally from Syracuse, NY, Kristi was the founder of the acclaimed Artistry in Hanover before relocating to Charlotte, NC, where she opened Via Salon. Her work blends high-end technique with a calm, personalized experience—because exceptional hair begins with listening.
Kristi is deeply committed to advanced education and staying ahead of industry trends. She holds a Master Colorist Certification from the Goldwell Academy and her artistry earned international recognition when she was selected as one of 25 finalists out of 725 entries in Goldwell’s Project Glossy competition.
Clients seek Kristi for her honesty, refined skill, and results that grow out beautifully—hair that looks just as good weeks later as it did the day they left the salon.

Anneke Dikkers, Master Stylist
With over 10 years of experience, Anneke is a highly skilled stylist and valued member of the Via Salon team in Charlotte. A Charlotte native, she trained at the Aveda Institute in New Mexico and further refined her expertise in advanced women’s cutting at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles.
Anneke specializes in custom balayage, dimensional blonding, and precision cuts, creating effortless, lived-in results tailored to each client’s lifestyle and hair goals. She is also certified in Keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments, helping clients achieve smoother, healthier, more manageable hair.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to continued education, Anneke stays at the forefront of modern techniques to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and beautifully styled.

Megan is a Paul Mitchell Charlotte graduate who loves creating hair that feels natural, effortless, and true to you. She spent two years training under master colorist Kristi Bitetti, where she built a strong foundation in modern color techniques.
Megan is especially passionate about soft, natural-looking color that enhances her clients’ individuality and fits their everyday lifestyle. She takes the time to listen, making sure each guest feels comfortable, confident, and excited about their hair—both in the salon and at home.
Ashley Harron, Stylist Assistant
Ashley is a Paul Mitchell Charlotte graduate who loves helping clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit to Via Salon. She is passionate about creating a positive, relaxing experience and pays close attention to the details that make each appointment feel seamless.
Ashley has a growing passion for working with natural curls and soft, natural-looking color, and she enjoys helping clients embrace their texture while enhancing their overall look. As she continues to refine her skills, she is dedicated to making sure every guest feels heard, confident, and excited about their hair from start to finish.
Stephanie Vieira, Stylist + Extension Specialist
Stephanie is a dedicated hairstylist who graduated in 2020 and is passionate about continuing to grow her skills by staying up to date with the latest hair trends and techniques. She is a certified Bellami Hair Extension Specialist and takes pride in providing high-quality services that are thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs and lifestyle.
Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, Stephanie loves creating a comfortable, inclusive experience for every guest in her chair.

Sydney Brown, Stylist
Sydney is a 2023 Aveda graduate known for creating effortless, lived-in styles and radiant, sun-kissed blondes. Her goal is to make every client feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit.
Time in Sydney’s chair feels relaxed and personal—more like catching up with a friend—while still delivering beautiful, customized results you’ll love. She’s all about hair that looks amazing and feels easy to wear long after you leave the salon.
When she’s not behind the chair, Sydney enjoys gaming and spending quality time with her family.
Isaac High, Stylist Assistant
Isaac is a graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Charlotte and is dedicated to the continued refinement of his craft while working alongside our team of stylists. His work spans both men’s and women’s hair, guided by a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach. Outside the salon, Isaac enjoys the outdoors, reading and music.
