Kristi is an esteemed professional with over three decades of experience. She recently made the transition from Syracuse, NY, where she established the renowned Artistry In Hanover, an upscale hair salon, to Charlotte, NC. Driven by her passion and family, she has initiated her latest venture, Via Salon, in the vibrant Charlotte community.
Clients of Kristi can rest assured that they are in capable hands, as she seamlessly integrates her wealth of experience and meticulous care into every transformation. Committed to staying in touch of the latest trends and techniques, Kristi regularly enrolls in advanced education courses. Her notable achievements include obtaining the Master Colorist Certification from the Goldwell Academy in Baltimore and refining her cutting techniques under the mentorship of Oscar Bond, a distinguished SOHO salon owner.
Kristi's exceptional artistry and skill were acknowledged when she emerged as one of the 25 finalists out of 725 entries in Goldwell's 5th Project Glossy International Competition.

Anneke Dikkers, Master Stylist
Drawing from seven years of dedicated industry experience, Anneke has an established position within the Via Salon team. She is a Charlotte native but, she initially pursued her education at the Aveda Institute in New Mexico. This allowed her to hone her skills in advanced women's cutting at the illustrious Vidal Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles. Her professional journey brought her back to her roots in Charlotte, where she has made a mark as a stylist.
Anneke's unwavering commitment to her craft is evident through her passionate research of new techniques and her relentless pursuit of knowledge. Her proficiency shines particularly in balayage techniques and the intricate processes involved in achieving stunning blonding effects. Additionally, Anneke boasts certifications in both Keratin and Brazilian Blowout.

Olivia Gamache, Master Stylist
Olivia is a 2013 graduate of the prestigious AVEDA Institute in Charlotte. Her passion for all things beauty is matched only by her dedication to making people feel their absolute best. With a keen eye for color, she specializes in creating stunning looks, particularly for blondes. Olivia's true joy lies in connecting with new clients, ensuring they have a memorable and transformative experience in her chair. She concludes each session with a flawless blowout, leaving her clients looking and feeling their very best.

Megan, a graduate of Paul Mitchell Charlotte, has dedicated herself to refining her craft by working closely with her fellow stylists here at Via. Her commitment to professional growth and collaboration has allowed her to hone her skills extensively. Megan has a particular passion for natural coloring techniques, which she uses to enhance and highlight your inherent beauty.
Kayla Bowe, Junior Stylist
Kayla, a graduate of the Aveda Institute in Uptown Charlotte, gained valuable experience training under talented stylists in the industry. Her meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic have enabled her to excel in the beauty field. Kayla is Brazilian Blowout Certified and a skilled colorist. She can deliver an expertly styled blowout on all hair types.
Ashley Harron, Stylist Assistant
Ashley, a recent graduate from Paul Mitchell Charlotte, has committed herself to supporting our talented team of stylists here at Via. She has been diligently working to refine her skills and deepen her expertise. Ashley is passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for her clients, and she looks forward to applying her knowledge to make every visit a positive one.
Stephanie Vieira, Stylist + Extension Specialist
Stephanie is a dedicated hairstylist who graduated in 2020 and continues to improve her skills by staying updated on the latest industry trends. She is a certified Bellami Hair Extension Specialist and takes pride in offering high-quality serviced tailored to each clients unique needs. “My main priority is ensuring every client that sits in my chair leaves looking and feeling more confident about themselves.
